DeuX2 (i.e. Two times 2). One photographer has two eyes, but he only sees with one “eye”. How about two photographers? DeuX2 shows diptychs that associate a skateboard picture and its landscape, as if it was the same place shown in two different perspectives. Through Bertrand’s eye we see the world transformed into a place to skateboard. Through Stephanie’s we see the world as landscapes. The choice of presenting each picture in two images reveals the multiple realities of the urban space linked to the look you put on it, as well as the impossibility of photography to represent objectively reality.
