Sans titre (M.Bertillon)
In the book Sans titre (M.Bertillon), Solinas offers the possibility to recreate one’s own image of “Monsieur Bertillon”, and thus to multiply his image.
The first part of the book is composed of pages that can be cut, folded, glued and put together to create his 3D paper face - transforming the cover as well by revealing the original double portrait of Bertillon. The second part of the book contains the photographs and texts from Vie d’Alphonse Bertillon.
Dans le livre Sans titre (M.Bertillon), Solinas offre la possibilité de reconstituer pour soi-même «Monsieur Bertillon», et ainsi de multiplier son image. Dans la première partie de l’ouvrage, les pages sont à découper et assembler pour fabriquer son identité de papier - transformant également la couverture en révélant le double portrait originel de Bertillon. La seconde partie du livre contient les photographies et textes de Vie d’Alphonse Bertillon.
